My Experience

Developing the potential of M膩ori learners has been an integral part of my philosophy on education since I embarked on teaching as a career, supported by local iwi and kaum膩tua to fulfil my dream of teaching in a rumaki unit. M膩ori learners in all settings hold my passion, with a particular focus on the success of learners in a M膩ori medium context. Learning and teaching m膩 te reo M膩ori is a valid and proven pathway to ensure cultural identity and language is intact and developed for each 膩konga and their wh膩nau.
