This paper enables students to critically examine, review and develop professional practice skills required for an Aotearoa New Zealand context. With a focus on professional identity, reflective practice, and intercultural communication to encourage students to evidence the application of knowledge and skills into practice.

Students are expected to attend all workshops, the noho w膩nanga marae, and any fieldtrips (planned local trip to places of cultural significance). Students are expected to actively participate in classroom and w膩nanga activities. Details of the w膩nanga marae will be announced in class.
