M膩ori Education graduates will have knowledge of policy, pedagogy and practices in M膩ori and English medium education settings appropriate to M膩ori learners and communities.

M膩ori Education is available as a minor.

To complete a minor in M膩ori Education, students must complete 60 points in M膩ori Education, including at least 30 points above 100 level. Students must complete MAOED100, MAOED200; either EDUCA200 or EDSOC300; and a further 15 points from MAORI202 or MAORI302 or approved papers listed under M膩ori Education.
